NATURE OF COACHING
The way we see the world and the way we see ourselves determine the actions we take and the results we get. I work at the level of ‘seeing’.
When I work with you, my focus is on your Being. Because out of that Being comes everything you feel, everything you do and everything you experience.

COACHING AGREEMENTS
I work with most clients from 1 to 3 years. Some clients choose to engage in several coaching agreements. Others are complete with one. The length can also vary depending on what you need and what you wish to accomplish.
No matter how long we work together, I am 100% committed to you and your goals. I don’t settle for a low bar. But I’m not the one running the laps. Your commitment needs to match your ambition.
Here’s what we agree to:
- 100% confidentiality at all times.
- 100% integrity. We commit to scheduled times. We honour those. Sometimes life gets in the way and if so we communicate as far in advance as possible.
- 100% commitment. During the time we work together, be it 3 months or 3 years, coaching must become one of the most important things in your schedule. Not because of me, but because we are working on your life. You bring 100% to the work, and I do the same: we get a 200% relationship.
- 100% ownership. The results are yours to create.
Investment:
• 12 months: €24 000+VAT
• 7 months: €14 500+VAT
• 3 months: €6 500+VAT
